If you’re looking to relax, you might want to consider an all-inclusive holiday for your next break. Not only do they often work out cheaper, but they’re also hassle-free. Everything is included in the price, from flights, accommodation, and luggage to food, drink, and transfers.
All-inclusive holidays are often also more convenient. You don’t need to worry about carrying money around at your resort; simply order what you’d like and show your wristband, or tell the server your room number. And, if you’d like another drink or a second ice cream, you can treat yourself for no extra cost. After all, holidays are a time to indulge!
Plus, there are all kinds of destinations to choose from, so there’s something for everyone, and many of the most popular all-inclusive destinations, like Spain and Portugal, are just a couple of hours away by plane. Or, if you’re keen to travel a little further afield, why not consider a North African adventure in Egypt or Tunisia, or head to Cyprus or Turkey to explore the furthest reaches of the Med?
So, without further ado, here are 10 popular destinations for an all-inclusive holiday in 2025.
1. Zante, Greece
If you’re dreaming of sun-soaked islands with white sands, azure seas, and plenty of culture and history on the side, Greece might be for you. Home to ancient ruins, mouthwatering food, and welcoming locals, the Greek islands have been popular holiday destinations for hundreds of years – but if you’re looking for an all-inclusive break, why not head to Zante? Also known as Zakynthos, the third-largest Ionian island offers just as much for history buffs and nature enthusiasts as it does sun-seekers and partygoers.
The southern part of Zante has the most all-inclusive resorts and hotels, and is the busiest side of the island. The energetic town of Laganas draws revellers from across the continent, but there’s plenty of quieter spots too. Though it’s only minutes away, the peaceful town of Agios Sostis is world’s apart from its lively neighbour, and you can spend long days relaxing on pristine beaches lined with fragrant pine trees. Or, wildlife lovers may want to head to Kalamaki, where you might be lucky enough to spot endangered sea turtles.
2. Antalya, Turkey
Turkey is an excellent choice for an all-inclusive break – particularly if you’re looking for luxury at an affordable price. Many of the hotels here are home to swoon-worthy spas, sleek infinity pools, and exceptional restaurants. There are excellent all-inclusive options across the country, but many of the best are in Antalya, on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. Here, you’ll find warm, sparkling seas, golden sands, and beautiful bougainvillaea-lined streets.
For history lovers, there’s a wealth of ancient architecture to uncover – and if you’d like to be among nature, Antalya’s three national parks and Taurus Mountains offer plenty of adventure. The old town of Kaleici feels like it’s been lost in time, and many of the Ottoman-era houses here are now home to restaurants, bars, and cafés. Alternatively, a livelier option is the resort town of Kemer, which is tucked between the Med and the mountains, while the town of Belek is the perfect mix of upscale luxury and unspoiled wilderness.
3. Benidorm, Spain
Spain’s Costa Blanca has long been a popular destination for Brits seeking sun, and one of the best places to enjoy an all-inclusive holiday is in Benidorm. Boasting golden beaches, sparkling seas, and buzzing bars, there’s lots to do here – whether you’re after lazy days, energetic evenings, or both. Soak up the sun on lively party beaches, relax in family-friendly coves, or find smaller, more secluded beaches to kick back on. Or why not just chill by your hotel pool?
Benidorm might be known for its high-rise hotels, but it also has a characterful old town, and strolling along the whitewashed streets gives you a sense of the town’s past as a fishing village. To escape the crowds, you can hike in the rugged Sierra Helada mountains, while thrillseekers can try their hand at watersports or visit theme parks. And, while all-inclusive hotels here have a wide range of food options, you might also like to spend an evening in ‘Tapas Alley’, Benidorm’s famous restaurant-lined strip.
4. The Algarve, Portugal
If you’re looking for Caribbean-quality beaches, historic towns, and warm, sunny days, few places can match Portugal’s Algarve. The beaches here are some of the continent’s best, and with miles of powder-soft sands to unwind on, and shimmering turquoise seas to swim in, sun-seekers will be in paradise. For those who prefer hanging out by the pool, there’s even more choice, as the Algarve is home to some of Europe’s more impressive all-inclusive hotels and resorts.
If you like being amongst the hustle and bustle, why not base yourself in Faro? As the capital of the Algarve, Faro is bursting with culture, history, and beauty, and its medieval streets are home to Roman ruins and picturesque plazas. Albufeira is one of the region’s most popular resorts, particularly if you’re looking for lively nightlife. But, if you’re after something more serene, why not head to Olhos d’Agua, which is named for its freshwater springs? Low-key Alvor also makes a lovely, laid-back base.
5. Larnaca, Cyprus
Known for its sun-kissed coastline, intriguing culture and history, and wonderful weather, Cyprus is another excellent choice for an all-inclusive break. This big, beautiful island offers plenty of variety, and you can stay in sleek, modern resorts, sleepy harbour towns, or rustic villages. The south of the island, however, is where you’ll find the best all-inclusive options, and laidback Larnaca, with its bustling seafront promenade and pretty whitewashed houses, is one of the most popular choices.
As the oldest inhabited city in Cyprus, you’ll find plenty of history here – but Larnaca is also a vibrant modern city. Its beaches are some of the best, and safest, in the Med, with miles of soft sands and aquamarine waters to enjoy. The lights and music of Ayia Napa draw party-lovers from all over the world, but this famous resort is just as good for a leisurely beach break. Meanwhile, Protaras offers a quieter, more intimate experience, while Nissi Beach, with its 500-metre white-sand beach, is perfect for sunseekers.
6. Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
If you’re looking to travel outside of summer, then Egypt, with its year-round sunny climate, will always be a good bet. This is a country steeped in myth and legend, and if you want to learn about one of the world’s greatest civilisations, you might like to think about an all-inclusive Nile river cruise. Or, if you’d rather focus on relaxing, the Red Sea resorts might be for you. Known for crystal clear waters, unrivalled diving, and blissful beaches, these resorts are dreamy at any time of year.
When it comes to all-inclusive options, however, it’s Sharm El Sheikh that offers the most choice. Once a simple fishing village, Egypt’s premier beach destination today is a collection of smaller resorts – and there’s something for everyone, no matter your tastes or budget. Naama Bay is the bustling hub of Sharm, while neighbouring Hadaba is a little quieter. If you’re keen to dive, the waters of Ras Nasrani are teeming with life, and Nabq Bay, Sharm’s most northerly resort, offers a slice of serenity on the sand.

7. Tenerife, Spain
Many of Europe’s best all-inclusive resorts and hotels are found in the Canary Isles, but it’s the biggest island, Tenerife, that offers the most variety. Aside from lovely year-round weather, you’ll also find plenty of world-class beaches, stylish hotels and resorts, trendy beach clubs, and award-winning spas. The diversity of the scenery means Tenerife offers just as much for walkers and nature enthusiasts as beach lovers and sun-seekers, and there are ancient forests, green valleys, and lunar-like landscapes to explore.
Most of the best all-inclusive resorts are found on the south coast. Fronted by sweeping beaches and backed by rugged mountains, Costa Adeje is Tenerife’s most upmarket resort, boasting high-end hotels and gourmet restaurants. With glorious beaches, quality cafés, and buzzing bars, Los Cristianos offers a more leisurely experience. Or, for something different, why not head north to Buenavista? Packed with natural beauty and authentic charm, this quiet resort offers a glimpse into another side of the island.
8. Crete, Greece
Greece’s largest island is arguably the most magical. Known for its mouthwatering food, immersive history, proud culture, and dramatically beautiful landscapes, Crete is also home to some of Greece’s best, and most unique, beaches. From pink sands to turquoise lagoons, and rocky coves to sweeping stretches of sand, there’s a beach for every preference here. The island is divided into four distinct regions – Heraklion, Chania, Rethymnon, and Lasithi – and the all-inclusive options are exceptional.
Located on Crete’s northeast coast, the port town of Agios Nikolaos is home to some of the most popular resorts. Cool, classy, and modern, there’s lots of old-world Greek charm to be found – and the restaurants are some of the island’s best. Relaxed Elounda is so pretty you might feel as though you’ve stepped into a postcard, while Chania’s Venetian harbour and candy-coloured buildings are equally photogenic. Heraklion City, with its legendary Knossos Palace and fascinating old town, is perfect for history buffs too.
9. Tunisia
Tunisia might be on a different continent, but it’s still only a short hop from Europe. And while this North African country may be relatively small, it’s unusually diverse. If you’re looking for adventure, the rolling sand dunes of the Sahara Desert are within easy reach, and you can explore this seemingly endless landscape by quad bike, 4×4, or even camel. While there are whitewashed villages and ancient ruins to discover, it’s the modern coastal resorts where you’ll find the best all-inclusive options.
Sousse is one of the most popular resort towns, and the 10-km stretch of gleaming sand is ideal for relaxing. Most of the hotels here back right onto the beach, so you can flit between the sea and pool at your leisure. There’s plenty of history here too, and you can lose yourself in the maze-like streets of the old medina. Port El Kantaoui, just 10 minutes up the road, is a more glamorous base, and the swanky, yacht-filled marina and pretty palm-fringed promenade make the perfect places to people-watch.
10. Madeira, Portugal
If you’re looking for a sun-soaked holiday that feels different from your previous breaks, why not head to Madeira? Though it’s part of Portugal, this volcanic archipelago is closer to North Africa than mainland Europe, and its location, cast adrift in the Atlantic Ocean, means it’s incredibly unique. Known as the ‘island of eternal spring’, the climate is warm year-round, and if you’re looking to enjoy hiking, wildlife spotting, and lots of culture while on a relaxing beach break, you’re heading to the right place.
Most all-inclusive resorts and hotels are located on the main island, and despite its small size (it’s only 20 kilometres wide!), there’s lots of variety. The capital, Funchal, boasts traditional Portuguese architecture, a fabulous food and drink scene, and a vibrant seafront promenade. Rather be somewhere quieter? The coastal towns of Calheta, Canical, and Machico are charming and characterful, with pretty beaches, pristine waters, authentic restaurants, and gorgeous views of the Atlantic.
