Do you want to deliver a comprehensive first-class customer service to vulnerable customers and various key stakeholders? Can you do that while delivering comprehensive first-class customer service?

Legal & General Group Protection offers Group Life, Group Critical Illness and Group Income Protection. It covers a wide range of organisations, from ten-person SMEs to corporates employing thousands. Its Claims Team is looking for a Claims Consultant to join them in Hove.

It’s a role that will help you make a real difference to the lives of your customers. Your confidence and maturity will be a critical support to them in difficult times. And we’ll make sure you have all the product knowledge you need to guide them through the claims process.

You’ll provide comprehensive claims administration for a defined account portfolio. You’ll proactively engage our brokers/employers as you help with the assessment and payment of Group Protection claims.

Customer Claims Advisor, Insurance: Hove

Our Retail Protection business provides life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection to over four million customers. Its Claims Team are looking for a Customer Claims Advisor to join them in Hove.

The Claims Team looks after our customers at some of the most challenging moments in their lives. You’ll be helping our customers through those moments. You’ll make sure that we’re there when they need us and always do the right thing. Your life experience and maturity will be a critical support for them.

Customer Service Specialist: Cardiff

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you love the fast-paced call centre environment but want to spend time away from the phones too? Are you an admin or customer service specialist who wants to broaden out your skills? Do you already have experience in both?

If so, this role is for you.

Your main responsibility will be handling inbound calls. There’s also some back-office admin to support the rest of the department. That means finding and processing customer information by phone, email, messaging, post, internet and IT systems.
