The Role

To perform logistic and administrative functions that support the Field Support Team in improving efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

To ensure efficient deployment of equipment and to work closely with Area Managers, Team Managers, Area Venue Managers and Show Co-Ordinators to achieve smooth running of all operations. Additional duties also include efficient recording of stock movement, storage and warehouse management.

Tasks include:

To ensure the smooth deployment of equipment in accordance with area plans, venue requirements and fundraiser requirements, and to record activities in the CRM

Liaise with insurance companies for repairs whilst managing the accident reporting process for area company vehicles.

Be responsible for all maintenance enquires and ensure all logs are updated.

Control of cost & stock tracking spreadsheet

To support any office-based requirements from meeting catering to annual check co-ordination.

Field visits to Shows and fundraisers

Manage vehicle inspection reports process, ensuring forms are sent out and returned on a Monthly basis.

First line support for the Field on tablet queries and issues.

Record Accidents in the field and in Head Office using DocuSign.

Previous logistics/warehouse/supply chain and administrative experience required

IT literate, particularly in Excel

Confident face to face and telephone communication

Strong interpersonal skills - both verbal and written - Good team player

Excellent organisation skills with high attention to detail

Able to cope with the physical demands of the role (moving boxes of stock and packaging up stock to be couriered out)

UK Driving License: this role requires you to be able to commute daily to our office in Ruscombe, Reading, (no public transport available)
