We are looking for upbeat, organised and fun individuals to join our brand new Merlin Entertainment's Holidays Short Breaks Call Centre. You will be working full-time, guaranteed hours, a minimum 30 per week. This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota system, working 5 days out of 7.

Main responsibilities...Creating AWESOME bookings for our amazing guestsAmending bookingsAnswering phone calls, emails and live chatsUnderstanding and providing information on our 5 Resorts and multiple off-site hotelsUpselling package add-ons to guests to ensure they have booked the perfect stayMeeting targetsWorking well as a team

Qualification & Experience

Be 18 years of age or over (Essential)Be able to remain calm under pressureHave good organisational skillsKnow how to use Microsoft Office and have basic IT skillsHave the ability to write emails (good grammar and punctuation)Be a team playerHave call centre experience (Desirable not essential)
