Demand Planner Bulk Orders Controller - Nisa
£25,000 to £28,000 pro rata, plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
Scunthorpe, in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office for team meetings/based on team requirements (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
Part time 18.75 Hours per week Tuesday 7.5 hours - Weds AM 3.25 hours - Friday 7.5 hours.


We're looking for a Demand Planner Bulk Orders Controller to join our team here at Nisa and help us to order all stock for delivery into our warehouse. It'll be up to you to convert demand into supply to make sure the right products hit the appropriate warehouse at the right time, and at the right cost. If you can bring us the supply chain experience and organisational skills we need, we can offer you the chance to play a key part in our business.


What you'll do
* Control bulk orders that are placed by our customers by checking stock levels and collaborating with the demand planner team to ensure that the stock will be available when needed.
* Work closely with colleagues in the customer management team and cross train to support and cover them in times of absence and holidays.
* Action all administration for the bulk orders departmental activities to facilitate smooth process and collaboration across all departments.
* Analyse projected demand from partners bulk orders to make sure we've got optimum stock availability and the highest service levels.
* Maintain accounts and spreadsheets and make sure we have an accurate history of all transactions for reference.
* Collaborate with our suppliers, customers, department and internal departments to secure purchase order requirements.
* To be flexible for the needs of the department which may mean covering for colleagues or supporting colleagues in times of high demand and orders.


This role would suit people who have
* An interest in supply chain and demand planning
* Proficient Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc.
* Good organisational and analytical skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
* The ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues as well as external suppliers and customers
