Partner Support Advisor (Partner Admin) - Nisa
£23,400 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
Scunthorpe, in this role you'll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and the coming into the office at least once a week. You'll work 1 in 4 Saturdays and be on a bank holiday rota (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)


We're looking for a Partner Support Advisor to join our Partner Admin team at Nisa and help us make sure we get all the correct product orders to our retail partners. Our admin team consists of admin, bulks, presells and telesales.
As a Partner Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for setting up accounts and processing product orders from Nisa partners, making sure their requirements are met, and that our retailers get everything they need to give shoppers a great experience. You'll collaborate with teams and colleagues across the business, generating reports and helping to provide a consistently excellent customer service.


What you'll do
- Set up new accounts and manage product access
- Support partners with their bulk/ presell orders
- Accurately upload and push through orders into the system
- Create Excel files and generate reports
- Take delivery and order queries from Nisa partners, and help to resolve them
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues across all business areas to give the best service to our retailers


This role would suit people who have
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
