Content Executive - Co-op Legal Services
£34,000 to £38,000 plus excellent benefits, including up to 10% employer pension contribution and health & wellbeing incentives (Work Level 6A)
Remote, with some travel to any of our three offices - Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, or Stratford-upon-Avon (approx. 2-3 times a month)

We're looking for a motivated Content Executive to join us and help us help us tell engaging and compelling stories about Co-op Legal Services. As the UK's largest consumer law firm, we're committed to providing our customers with an excellent service.

In this role, you'll be helping our customers by providing high quality accessible content and information about the services we provide and how they can benefit them. We'll also look to you to support our Marketing Lead in delivering omnichannel marketing, product, and service content for Co-op Legal Services (CLS). What you'll do

* Support our marketing lead to create and deliver CLS' content strategy
* Develop and manage marketing, product, and service content on the CLS website and other channels
* Develop content to support our partnership strategy
* Make sure that all marketing communications are clear, transparent, and fully compliant with SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) regulations and brand guidelines
* Develop content to support the work of the Digital team (for example digital tools, products, optimisation of user experience)
* Support in the development and delivery of our social strategy to increase social following and engagement with CLS
* Make sure that reporting and analysis of content performance is completed on time, providing recommendations and delivering continuous improvement

This role would suit people who have

* Previous marketing experience within an FCA regulated company
* Excellent written communication skills, with lots of creativity and the ability to deliver engaging content
* The ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, managing internal and external delivery partners and cross-functional teams
* The ability to work within a regulated content approval framework, making sure that content meets regulatory requirements
* A collaborative approach to content creation, with the ability to work effectively with others in an agile team
