If you do, we have an exciting opportunity in the Appointee & Deputyship Team (ADT) of Adult Social Care (ASC), for a Client Affairs Support Officer (CASO).

As a CASO you will be supporting adults to manage their finances and make decisions in their best interests.

You will support the team to review clients finances, including benefits and income applications, payment of bills and expenses. The role also includes administrative duties, including, but not limited to, post, emails, and telephone calls.

We are looking for candidates who

  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Are organised, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Have a good level of numeracy.
  • Are a Team player.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
