Could you support the day-to-day management of the pub?

As our Assistant Manager, you'll take charge of our team and help to create a friendly atmosphere for customers.

This particular role involves more Back of House administration to support our GM. A background at Fuller's working with our systems would be desirable. You would support the GM with online bookings and events - using Design My Night - as well as Stocktakes, Recruitment, Training, Health & Safety and more.

You'll still spend time out there on the floor, right at the heart of the action, but you will be required to regularly support the GM with back of house admin once you have completed your induction & are familiar with the business.
