What we look for in a Receptionist:
- Create a welcoming and positive first impression for guests arriving at the hotel.
- Manage check-ins efficiently, especially during busy periods.
- Handle various enquiries from guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and prioritise guest satisfaction.
