Job Description

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst (Finance/SAP) to join our IT team at Harrods. You will be part of a team of Business Analysts aligned to a specific Business Domain within Harrods, defining and maintaining business processes and functions to be supported by a range of Harrods applications.

About The Role

As the IT Business Analyst you will develop plans and proposals for the steps to be taken (including technology selection/ development) to realise the business requirements and at the same time develop, support and improve existing standards for Business Analysis processes and deliverables.

This role will be part of the whole finance programme lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring design alignment with business requirements, responsibilities in testing, training and implementation support; also cross functional collaboration with other workstreams for successful programme delivery

About You

The ideal candidate will have retail experience with a BCS in business analysis. It is important that you have expertise in SAP Finance & experience is essential; familiarity of S/4 Hana would be beneficial; strong understanding of finance processes is essential, including but not exclusive to: management accounting, accounts payable/receivables management, treasury management, tax management, financial planning and analysis, payment gateways, procurement

As the role is part of a transformational programme, you will need to have strong communication & collaboration skills, working with the Core Finance workstream, previous experience of working in a programme before would be great
