Finance Manager - FP&A

 Key Responsibilities

• Own budget models, contribute to financial storyboards and streamline planning processes.
• Lead month-end close and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Delivery insights for the Exec, Board and Shareholders to drive business performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.

Location: The role will be based 2 days in Nuneaton CV10 7RH every week with travel to other hubs as required.

• Experience in a multi-site consumer business (PLC or PE-Backed)
• ACCA/CIMA qualification (or near completion).
• Experience in planning and reporting at a group level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes.
