Job Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: East Midlands, United Kingdom (Field Based Role)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £Competitive, Travel Expenses Paid, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata

As a Retail Implementation Team Member, you will play a crucial role in transforming our entire retail estate. This field-based role involves significant travel and regular stays away from home, as you support the operational transition of store investments with a strong focus on customer centricity.
- Ensure retail colleagues have regular and structured communication throughout the end-to-end critical path.
- Coordinate, support, and oversee all de-merchandising and merchandising activities for store investments.
- Implement planograms to a high standard, adapting layouts to individual store needs and differing stock packages while maintaining company standards.
- Maintain maximum customer offerings during pre-closure enabling periods, trading refits, and champion a customer-first mindset (both internal and external) for all program and phasing activities.
- Adhere to company merchandising standards at all times, identifying and addressing any risks to customer experience, look, and feel.
- Submit weekly progress, risk, and issue reports to program teams and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Support store teams throughout transitions, ensuring all marketing, graphics, and POS are correct and relevant.
- Control, manage, and order marketing items where necessary.
- Forge strong working relationships with in-store and regional teams, agreeing on priorities with Team Leaders and working in conjunction with the wider business.
- Good level of retail operational experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Experience with in-store merchandising and visual merchandising/planograms with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform general manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying, and using ladders.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to travel to various stores/locations and stay away from home weekly.
