JOB TITLE: Corporate Relationship Manager

LOCATION: London

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

About this opportunity

Are you an experienced Embedded Finance sales professional, with a proven track record of winning clients? If so, we currently have a phenomenal opportunity for a Corporate Relationship Manager to join our London based team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the Embedded Finance solution within our largest clients and generates new opportunities for Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Maintain relationships with Corporate and Institutional Coverage (CIC) customers, to ensure their needs are met, reacting to any questions or concerns and proactively managing pricing, cascades, RFPs, business updates, into your clients.
  • Track performance of your portfolio by managing your P&L, analysing data and understanding trends.
  • Lead important CIC Banking and Embedded Finance client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues to maintain and grow the relationship.
  • Handle a portfolio of large, sometimes complex clients who may or may not have large connections within Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Work collaboratively across the group, presenting at sector sessions and engaging in regular portfolio reviews with banking managers.

What we need from you?

  • Extensive industry experience selling Embedded Finance and preferably experience of selling Acquiring and/or Gateway solutions.
  • Experience in formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans and opportunity pipelines.
  • Ability to successfully manage sales deals through the sales process, negotiation, and contract signature, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
