LOCATION: London

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our office location.

About this opportunity

We're the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group!

The mission of Group Chief Data and Analytics Office is to promote, embed and commercialise Data and Analytics practice and culture across Lloyds Banking Group.

The Data Resilience team is a new chapter within the Chief Data and Analytics Office. The aim of the team is to protect our customers, colleagues & markets by ensuring we comply with the spirit of the regulatory requirements for operational resilience established by the Bank of England, FCA and PRA.

In the Data workstream we are developing our ServiceNow and Tooling capability to stand-up a newly formed Data Pillar alongside our existing Technology, People, Property and Supply Chain Pillars. This will enable the Bank to understand, map its critical data assets and assess data resilience across our businesses.

The successful candidate will partner with Chief Data and Analytics Office to understand requirements and define them into user stories and seeing them through development, testing and release into the Live environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Data Resilience team to continue to determine what data is required for IBSs, how that data flows, and how we can make the data and processes around data more resilient.

  • Work with LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) to shape the required E2E solution, the integration and automation of the ServiceNow solution.

  • Support LBG ServiceNow Centre of Excellence during Platform Upgrades, ensuring the Data Resilience solution is fully functional on all available environments

  • Facilitation of Data Resilience MI & Reporting Outputs for core LBG Governance forums

  • Support and coordinate the on-going demand for training and knowledge share of the Data Resilience Solution

Why Lloyds Banking Group:

What you'll need

  • Full awareness of the business analysis artefacts (state diagrams, workflow orchestration, user stories, data model, metadata) and have a proven track record of producing these documents.

  • Ability to build relationships across wide reaching business teams. Be passionate about technology and its application to solve problems with a level of understanding of Data Resilience and its dimensions (such as data vaulting, data back-up, encryption)

  • Experience and confidence in running workshops and engaging customers with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to uncertainty and change. Our subject matter is new to the Bank and continually evolving meaning we continually need to commit to upskilling ourselves and evolve our thinking.
