JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator
SALARY: £78,849 to £87,610
LOCATION(S): Jersey, St Helier, Jersey and Isle of Man, Douglas Villiers House
HOURS: Full Time/Part Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity
Lead Integrator is a key change role that will support the Crown Dependencies business to meet its growth ambitions through our strategic technology delivery. The purpose of the Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the change Lab and various partners external to the Lab such as other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations.
As a Lead Integrator, you'll be doing the following:
- Managing complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
- Developing the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner and aligned to the backlog of delivery priorities for the business.
- Cataloguing and managing dependencies between the delivery lab and other teams and identifying blockers to delivery, mitigating and resolving them where possible. Escalating when required.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.
- Coordinating the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure and key strategic deliveries, leading on the governance process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line and providing expertise for governance activity required for various changes across multiple teams.

- Agile Methodology & Tools - you'll manage complex change within a business area through experience of agile teams.
- You'll build excitement around agile ways of working. Helping to stand up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice, and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required.
- You'll develop and improve stakeholder relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes. Using experience to manage conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution, persuading stakeholders to consider alternative views.
- You'll communicate regular status updates to key partners and resolve high priority issues affecting delivery. Using experience to manage critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, taking ownership for critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.
