About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a to join us in Insurance, pensions and Investment (IP&I) at LBG for a Senior Manager - Design & Governance.
You'll sit within the Investment Solutions function and, working with proposition teams from around the organisation, you'll be responsible for investment solution design and ongoing oversight & governance, in the pursuit of industry-leading customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Investment Solutions, you'll have a passion for innovation and providing customers with outstanding investment solutions on an ongoing basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsibility for initial and ongoing design of investment solutions across workplace pensions, D2C and advised distribution channels.
- Ownership for market intelligence and positioning of investment solutions across distribution channels.
- Working as a bridgehead from within Investments team to propositional leads from around the IP&I organisation in workplace, D2C & advised distribution channels.
- Making recommendations to Head of Investment Solutions on investment related propositional improvements and closures.
- Support for Distribution function within Investment Solutions, providing market intelligence, sales support and training to distribution team members.
- Oversight of, and reporting upon existing investment solutions, ensuring adherence with internal objectives and control environment.

What you'll need:
- Knowledge of competitive landscape across workplace pensions, D2C and advised channels.
- Familiar with the life cycle of investment solutions, you'll be used to working within a Consumer Duty environment and the requirements of the FCA PROD Handbook.
- Understanding of and adaption to regulatory environment, ensuring ongoing compliance with external benchmarks and regulations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, navigating through the various business areas across LBG.
- Committed to continuous personal development, seeking out learning opportunities.
