About the Support Centre
The Majestic Wine Support Centre is the vital hub that supports our retail teams as they shine. Serving as the cornerstone of our operations, it provides crucial support and resources to ensure our colleagues are able to deliver exceptional customer experiences. With centralised operations and dedicated oversight, the Support Centre champions innovation and upholds the highest standards, enabling our passionate customer facing colleagues to share their expertise and create memorable moments with every glass.
The Role:
To create, design, adapt and evolve the campaign creative across all applications. To deliver high-quality finished applications for digital and print. To deliver the creative output of the Design Team, manage creative projects from start to finish, across suppliers and stakeholders in the Customer Team. To understand and support the Majestic trade plan, and to make design decisions that influence the success of campaigns based on customer data and testing.
- Designing, adapting and evolving the campaign creative across all applications, including digital, DM and POS.
- Deliver the Majestic trade plan and Customer Team KPIs (Sales, Second Shop and Retention, etc)
- Execution and delivery, right for rollout
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality finished applications for digital and print, right for rollout.
- Design pixel-perfect visuals for Majestic.co.uk and digital applications; banners, static pages, emails, etc
- Layouts for print with strong typography and engaging designs
- Designing mobile-first applications and responsive digital design; adapting for A/B testing and personalisation.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts.
- Communicate and liaise with clients (internal and external), take job briefs, and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Participate in 1-to-1 meetings and keep managers up to date.
- Delivering consistency across project sizes and brand applications.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate confidently
- Attention to detail must be second-to-none
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Ability to estimate the time required to complete, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Reliable and responsible member of the Customer Team
- Able to think on their feet and respond with visually stunning ideas.
- Ability to deliver and receive feedback, and to use it to improve.
- Adobe suite

Job Specifics:
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Watford and Hemel Hempstead. Our Head Office is based in Watford, just 20 minutes from London Euston. From Watford Junction, we are a 15-minute walk to our Head Office.
We are proud to offer a new Agile Working Policy for Support Centre colleagues; a blend of office and home working which will include a number of days working at the Majestic Office
