As a Store Manager you will lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Customer Service Representatives making sure that the customer service that we provide is always second to none! You'll play a key part in emphasising effective team work, professional management and inspirational leadership. As a part of your role you will have a full operational responsibility and accountability of running the Store in line with the business plan and budget. So what will you be doing? • Having full operational responsibility of running the Store• Building strong relationships with local community businesses• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to make sure that they feel developed, inspired and appreciated• Making sure that your team delivers outstanding customer service each and every day - this is how we create fans! • Directly and in directly grow Metro Banks Retail and Business customer base, brand, deposits and lending by providing amazing service and convenience.• Taking responsibility for complaints handling through to resolution• Reinforcing operational processes, managing risk and compliance procedures• Managing the Assistant Store Managers and having overall responsibility for the entire Store team• Actively participating and supporting Store Events such as Business Networking• Constantly looking for ways to Surprise and Delight our customers!
