We are looking for a professional care assistant to join our domiciliary care team. When you join us, you’ll discover how our community of colleagues are always there for each other, supporting our clients in and around Oxford. 

If you are a caring individual with at least six months' experience working either as a domiciliary carer, health care assistant, a carer in a care home or hospital, then we’d love to speak with you about joining our domiciliary care team.  Our clients live in Oxford and surrounding villages so you must be able to commute to these areas.  We are also looking for drivers with their own transport to get to our clients.  Please note we cannot accept skilled worker visas and do not provide sponsorship.

About you:

As an hourly carer, you’ll be providing care, support and companionship to our clients in Oxfordshire who wish to live an independent life in their own homes. This will include providing personal care, assisting with household duties, supporting safe mobility in and outside of the home, companionship and running general errands, such as completing the weekly shop or collecting prescriptions. 

As you will mostly likely be supporting clients to keep in touch with their community, local knowledge of the area is a plus. We also require you to have:

  • Previous paid experience as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker or personal healthcare assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driving licence and your own transport is essential
  • Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online you’ll spend less time writing admin and more time with your client
  • The right to work in the UK - please note we do not provide sponsorship

*Terms and conditions:

You will receive your £250 (gross) bonus in your first week's wages once you have started work and completed your shadow shifts.
