About the role

Sytner Select Wakefield has a rare opportunity available for motivated and driven Aftersales Manager.

As a Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire colleagues. You will deliver a full Aftersales service to our customers, and maximise the profitability of the sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres and subcontracted sales.

You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation.

About you

Previous experience is essential as is a proven track record in delivering results. The candidate must be well versed in managing a large-scale department and practised in managing through the structure in place. Experience in managing a large department of circa 80 people with direct reporting line managers is also required.

You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first
