We are looking for a recruiter with at least 1-2 years agency experience looking to move into their first in-house opportunity as we grow our exciting fast-paced business!
The Role:
As a Recruiter at TeamSport, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our success. We're looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in recruitment, excellent relationship building skills and a positive working approach.
What you will be doing:
Plan Recruitment Sessions: Coordinate dates with GMs and set up advertisements ahead of busy periods.
Application Management: Shortlist applications for UK and Europe and translate European CVs, liase with EU agencies and support hiring managers with coordination of interviews and events.
Vacancy Tracking: Monitor recruitment inboxes and update the tracker with live vacancies.
First point of contact: Conduct first-stage screening, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Agency Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and manage agency recruitment.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with UK and European tracks to ensure a consistent recruitment process.
Promote Employer Brand: Create a positive candidate experience and uphold our brand standards throughout the recruitment process.
Data Analysis: Create weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and observations.
About You:
- Proven Success: You have a track record of success in fast-paced recruitment role ideally within the hospitality, leisure or retail sector
- Excellent Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills help you build rapport at all levels.
- Organised and Proactive: You manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a changing environment and bring new ideas to overcome challenges.
