Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Working closely with GTR senior leadership team to ensure aligned planning and performance delivery in this important global sales and brand building channel. Building strong relationships with regional based commercial, marketing, finance and supply chain teams, with key hubs in Richmond and Singapore. Supporting optimal decision making through monthly, annual and 5YP panning cycles, ensuring a clear and deliverable regional plan. Maintaining strong financial governance over credit control, A&P and overheads spend. Leading a team of finance professionals as they build and develop their careers at WG&S, working alongside the BBU Finance Leadership team to maximise development opportunities. In summary, to Protect and Partner the business, whilst developing our People.

JOB OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will be able to build strong relationships with commercial, marketing and supply chain colleagues. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of underlying commercial and supply dynamics across the global customer base, enabling a clear but pragmatic solution to business challenges. You will be well organised to ensure cross-functional responsibilities are clearly understood and deadlines adhered to, show resilience to ensure strong governance controls are enforced, and be able to delegate and empower your team to ensure teams in multiple time zones are supported.
