Fundraising Volunteer Bucket Collector – IKEA

Acorns Childrens Hospice Trust

Job Description

Are you looking for a Fundraising role that makes a real difference to a local charity?

At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, and our fundraising is vital to enable us to continue providing care and support to the children: it costs around £1 million a year to run our care services.

We are looking for bucket collectors to join us in IKEA Wednesbury on the 29th June.

The volunteers will essentially be bucket collecting at IKEA and potentially running some of our games, such as darts, Play Your Cards Right and bean bag toss.

The collection is from 10am - 4pm, but volunteers can come at any point for an hour or two.

This is a great opportunity to bucket collect with a group of volunteers ?

How much time will it take?

Our fundraising happens throughout the year, so it's up to you whether you join us for an hour at the beginning of an event, to a whole morning, afternoon, or evening. We have fundraising opportunities both on weekends and on weekdays.
