Volunteer Recruiter

Read Easy Preston offer free one to one coaching to adults learning to read.

If you're a 'people person' and enjoy meeting a wide range of people, the Volunteer Recruiter role will give you the opportunity to be the first point of contact for all potential volunteers and to have overall responsibility for managing the recruitment and interviews for Read Easy Preston. Ideally you will have experience of interviewing.

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have good communication and people skills with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• You are willing to follow Read Easy policies and procedures.
• You are reasonably confidence in using IT.
• You are able to use your initiative and work independently.
• You have enthusiasm and drive.
