Store Location: London, United Kingdom (Field Based Role)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

The Purpose of the Role:

- To partner Regional and Store teams through operational transition of stores investment with an unrelenting focus on customer centricity, colleagues & best in class execution.

- Prepare stores for investment works in advance including supporting reviews on store processes & procedures, disciplines, de-junking stores including back of house areas and energising teams.

- Working with the Implementation Manager to assign workloads and rota the Implementation team to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

- To support the implementation function to ensure upskilling of new and current colleagues to achieve best in class execution and efficiencies.

- Agree merchandising resource from retail and within our own team to achieve effective programming & phasing.

- Maintain maximum customer offer during pre-closure enabling periods, trading refits and champion a customer first, both internal and external, mindset for all programme and phasing activity.

- Develop plans that maintain maximum availability post-launch.

- Adhere to company merchandising standards at all times, calling out any risks and/or opportunities to customer look and feel and shopping experience.

- Develop and share programme / project progress & dashboard reporting.

- Work closely and in partnership with the wider project teams for all store investment activity.

- Ensure all snagging/defect issues are raised and quick project close out is achieved.

The Person

Key Requirements:

- Strong retail operational experience.

- Ideally experienced in retail conversions and/or investment programmes.

- Good level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Able to adapt and learn new systems, procedures and comfortable with working in a change environment.

- Experience of project work, working to and/or establishing processes and critical paths.

- Good influencing skills - demonstrated by strong interpersonal skills, confident delivery, decisiveness and demonstrable self-belief.

- Strong organisational ability - can handle multiple projects simultaneously, hit deadlines and prioritise between projects.

- Strong customer focus (internal, external and end-consumer).

- Clean UK driving licence to drive multiple colleagues to a given location
