SALARY: £100,657 - £118,420

LOCATION(S): London Gresham Street

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our London Gresham Street office

Are you an experienced Markets or Treasury professional looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for brilliant and enthusiastic individuals to join a fantastic Group Corporate Treasury team at Director / Senior Manager level.

Group Corporate Treasury is a team of around 300 people, predominantly based across London and Leeds. It operates a shared service function, managing and advising across all business units and legal entities within the Group. The scope of treasury is broad and covers all matters relating to the effective management of the Group's balance sheet and its financial resources, including capital, liquidity and market risk.

You'll be joining a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment, with scope to learn, develop and influence! With significant opportunities for access to senior management, you'll build your network across the organisation whilst taking a lead role in high profile work for Lloyds Banking Group. This is a great role for an individual who thrives in thought-leadership, influencing senior colleagues, and joining the dots across multiple areas of activity.

What you'll need

You'll gain exposure to the end-to-end treasury business, working alongside subject matter experts with significant opportunity to lead treasury through all economic cycles. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience of working in financial markets, treasury, or senior finance roles.

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

• Strong collaboration skills, including a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships across a range colleagues.

• High-energy, solution-orientated, self-motivated and show intellectual curiosity.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to convey seemingly complex concepts simply and succinctly.

• Confident in formulating and presenting proposals and recommendations to senior management.
