Job Description

You will work with a variety of conditions which are often complex and challenging and will require a good knowledge of occupational therapy input into risk assessment and risk management. Standardised clinical tools based on the Model of Human Occupation will be utilised where the post holder has identified their appropriateness using specialist knowledge. Our commitment to individual clinical and management supervision and continuing professional development will support you in this specialist role. The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to supervise other members of the occupational therapy team, as well as contribute to service developments. You will act as a positive role model promoting the value of occupation, as well as upholding the values of the Priory Group. Previous experience of working in female and/or secure services or in-patient services would be beneficial, however we are keen to hear from candidates who have an interest in working in female services.
