Radis Community Care are looking for a Multi-Site Service Manager to manage 3 extra care services in Reading.

About the Role

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for 3 extra care services, some of your duties will include:

  • Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
  • Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
  • Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
  • Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
  • Liaising with clients and their families to ensure they are happy with the service the receive
  • Managing your office team
  • Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
  • Working with our Operational Team to ensure continued development and growth of the service we provide in the local community.

The 3 services are Huntley Place, Oak Tree House & Cedar Court each service has 2 team leaders that work different shift patterns as well as we have a Deputy Manager who helps to support all 3 services.

About You

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You would have at least 2 years experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience as well as ideally working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care or already gaining the level 5 qualification. You would also have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own transport.
