Pre-Loved Shop Volunteer

To help raise funds to deliver our work, we have recently opened our first charity shop. We are now busy collecting donations and selling items through this shop and through other pop-up shops and events.

What will I be doing?

With the support of our team, volunteers help with a range of tasks, such as:

• Serving customers, processing sales and keeping the shop tidy and presentable
• Using our guidelines to sort, process and price donated clothes, homewares etc.
• Receive donations from the public and ensure they are stored safely
• Providing excellent customer service at our pop-up shops
• Creating attractive displays
• Promoting our Gift Aid scheme

This is an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to gain valuable experience in a dynamic national charity. The role offers the opportunity to gain a working knowledge of planning and fundraising.
