Understanding how to dress a rectangular shape was particularly fascinating to me as I am also this shape i.e. no waist, hips the same width as my shoulders, no bust, a long neck, and quite good bone structure which apparently is often the case with rectangular shaped bodies.
30% of women have a rectangular body shape and 91% of women are unhappy with their body shape. That means a lot of women who have a rectangular body shape don’t like their shape and that is probably because they are hiding the good bits and highlighting the bad bits because we simply do not know the best way to dress our bodies.
This video shows that Laura is often surprised and is consequently re-educated by Helen, so that she goes away with some very useful tips on dressing. I can vouch that Laura has taken Helen’s advice to heart as I know she bought the red-striped tee-shirt from Kettlewell Colours having never worn horizontal stripes before.
