Cheat’s cod with parma ham
Ingredients serves 4
4 cod fillets (pick the chunky ones, not the flat ones)
Pack of parma ham
Watercress sauce (ready made from the supermarket chiller cabinet)
2 – 3 packs of samphire
How to prepare
Heat oven to 180 degrees.
Wrap each cod fillet in parma ham and lay on greaseproof or silver foil in a small roasting dish.
Pop in the oven for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, rinse the samphire and steam for 2 – 3 minutes.
Heat up the watercress sauce in a small pan.
Serve on warmed plates.
