Pricing and Underwriting is a huge part of the fabric of DLG and consists of technical specialists with varying interests. We recognise the value that each of them brings. Their diversity and their different approaches to problem solving is key to our success.

DLG has an agile operating model which means that if you join us you aren’t locked into a specific product or feature forever, there is no such thing as a “Motor Retail Pricing Analyst” for example, but instead you form part of a cohort of Pricing and Underwriting Specialists and have the opportunity to flex, move and follow your own development journey across our products.

Our Technology Services teams are the fastest growing areas of the group. We create, innovate, and maintain our intricate technical infrastructures that keep DLG at the forefront of our industry. We’re leading experts in designing technology solutions to meet business needs and continually work to improve our processes. It’s non-stop change, but we like it this way!
